Capability
N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is an approved maintenance centre for the Trent Rolls-Royce engine series. A state-of-the-art facility, a worldwide unique test facility, with certified processes and an integrated management system, which make us one of the most efficient and reliable maintenance companies for large commercial engines.
With state-of-the-art machinery and a broad technological process capacity, our plant is optimally positioned to efficiently and safely manage current and future generations of engines. Due to the experience and performance of our two parent companies, we are able to combine precise craftsmanship with efficient processes and technologies. At full capacity, we process up to 40 large engines at the same time.
N3 has been approved by the European Aviation Authority (EASA) as a maintenance operation for all Rolls-Royce engine plants for the Trent type. Our operating approval (EASA Part145) includes the inspection, repair and modification of virtually all engine components. This authority is checked regularly by the German Federal Aviation Office (LBA) as the national aviation authority.
